Three suspects charged in connection with the killing of psychiatrist Dr Victoria Mutiso are scheduled to take a plea on September 29, 2026, at noon.
Rose Mbithe Mulwa, Angela Mulwa and Chris Mulwa will appear before the court to answer to murder charges alongside other accused persons in the case.
The court directed that all the suspects take plea on the same day to ensure that the charges are addressed together. The court was also informed that the case files would be consolidated.
Dr Victoria Mutiso, a psychiatrist and former Director of the African Institute of Mental and Brain Health, was fatally shot in Nairobi on July 29, 2026.
The suspects are expected to appear in court on Tuesday, September 29, at 12 p.m. to take a plea.
