Police in Korogocho have arrested two suspects and recovered 770 rolls of suspected cannabis sativa during an operation in Grogon B area, Starehe Sub-County.
The operation was conducted on Sunday, September 27, 2026, after officers from Korogocho Police Station received a tip-off from members of the public about individuals allegedly packaging suspected illicit drugs inside a residential premises.
Acting on the information, the officers raided the premises and arrested the two suspects. They also recovered 770 rolls of suspected cannabis, which were secured as exhibits.
The suspects are being held at Korogocho Police Station pending their arraignment in court.
The National Police Service thanked members of the public for providing information that helped facilitate the operation, while urging residents to continue reporting suspected drug-related activities to law enforcement authorities.
