Several parts of Kenya are expected to experience rainfall, while strong winds are forecast in parts of the northern, eastern and coastal regions between Saturday and Sunday.

Rainfall is expected in parts of Kericho, Kakamega, Vihiga, Nandi, Kisumu, Baringo, Bomet, Homa Bay, Nakuru, Bungoma, Busia, Siaya, Migori, Nyamira, Uasin Gishu, Trans Nzoia, Nairobi, Mt Kenya and the Coast.

Meanwhile, strong southerly to southeasterly winds exceeding 25 knots (12.5 metres per second) are expected in parts of Turkana, Marsabit, Isiolo, Garissa, Mandera, Wajir, Tana River, Taita Taveta, Kwale, Kilifi, Lamu and Kitui.
