Residents of Jerusalem estate on the outskirts of Eldoret were left shocked after the body of a middle-aged man was found lying by the roadside.
The body was discovered by passers-by near a perimeter wall, raising concern among residents who say insecurity in the area has become a growing worry.
The discovery attracted the attention of residents, with some calling for increased security measures to protect people living and working in the neighbourhood.
Police officers arrived at the scene and removed the body, which was taken to the Moi Teaching and Referral Hospital mortuary in Eldoret.
