The Kenya Revenue Authority (KRA) has announced scheduled maintenance of the eTIMS system on Friday, October 2, 2026.
The maintenance is scheduled to run from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m., during which eTIMS services will be temporarily unavailable to all users.
KRA said the maintenance is part of efforts to enhance service delivery through the electronic tax invoicing system.
The authority has apologised for any inconvenience caused and urged taxpayers to plan accordingly as the maintenance is carried out.
