President William Ruto is set to oversee the launch and commissioning of several development projects in Kericho and Bomet counties today.

In Kericho, the President will launch the construction of the Tegat Junction–Kaplelit–Kokwet–Toroton–Yala–Chepkechei–Chebarus–Somonyet Road at Kokwet in Kipkelion West Constituency.

He will also open the Tuition Block at Torit Girls School and launch construction of the Torit–Kenegut–Koitaburot–Kipsitet Road in Ainamoi Constituency.

The President will further commission the Kapsoit–Borborwet Road at Kapsoit, also in Ainamoi.

In Bomet County, Ruto will launch the construction of the Boito–Kaptien Road in Konoin Constituency and officially open the Kapkoros Sub-County Hospital in Bomet Central Constituency.

The projects are part of the government’s ongoing development programme targeting improved road connectivity, education infrastructure and access to healthcare services.
