Collins Otieno, an activist who had been reported missing, has been located following his disappearance after protests in Nairobi.
He was discovered along Thika Road at approximately 4:30 am by a boda boda rider, who promptly transported him to a medical facility.
As reported by VOCAL Africa, Otieno was admitted to Neema Uhai Hospital in the Kasarani area, where he is currently receiving care.
The organization noted that he was found in a weakened state, with injuries and appearing disoriented.
Otieno’s case follows closely on the heels of another activist, Muteti Mulinge, who was also reported missing but was located near Lukenya and taken to a hospital.
Details surrounding Otieno's ordeal during his time away remain vague.
His family, along with fellow activists, are now vigilantly monitoring his recovery.
