Safaricom recovered Sh953 million in inflated agent commissions in the year to March 2026 as it stepped up its fight against fraud, and dismissed 118 employees over fraud-related misconduct during the same period, according to its latest Sustainable Business Report, first reported by Business Daily on October 27.
